M A College of Engineering Kothamangalam

The Mar Athanasius College of Engineering (MACE) was established in the year 1961 by Mar Athanasius College Association. It is the first Engineering College in Asia in the private sector under a Christian Management. The college is located at Kothamangalam, only 37 Km from Aluva. It now has six full fledged departments –Civil, Mechanical,Electric & Electronic, Computer Science, Computer Applications, and Electronics and Communication Engineering - apart from the two auxiliary departments of Mathematics and Humanities &Science. In the year 2002, the NAAC conferred accreditation to Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Departments of the College.
